Pliorzu Fliolkoth invoice due date calculator
The Pliorzu Fliolkoth tool works out the day an invoice becomes due for payment. Set the invoice date and choose the terms, and the due date is shown instantly.
The calculator works inside your browser and does not send the dates you enter.
How the calculation works
Most payment terms count calendar days from the invoice date. An invoice dated 1 March on Net 30 terms is therefore due on 31 March. The count includes weekends and public holidays, unless your contract sets a different rule.
Frequently used payment terms
- Due on receipt: the customer is asked to pay immediately, on the invoice date.
- Net 7, Net 10, Net 15: short terms, due 7, 10 or 15 days after the invoice is dated.
- Net 30: due 30 days after the date on the invoice, one of the most familiar terms.
- Net 45, Net 60, Net 90: the invoice is due 45, 60 or 90 days after it is dated.
- EOM (end of month): payment falls due on the last day of the invoice month.
- Net 30 EOM: count 30 days from the end of the invoice month to get the due date.
EOM wording is not used the same way by everyone, so it is worth checking your agreement.
When the due date falls on a weekend
If the due date is on a weekend, some businesses count the following working day as the due date. With the weekend box ticked, a due date on Saturday or Sunday is shifted to Monday.
